The final Rockin’ at the River concert of 2021 is going to be more of a party than the previous concerts. Saturday, September 18 Rick Lindy and the Wild Ones will be playing at the band shell in Humiston Riverside Park from 7:00-9:00. Additionally, the final cruise night of the year will be taking place in the east half of the park where they will be joined by Pontiacs in town for the annual GTO weekend from 5:00-9:00. To add to the atmosphere, food vendors and food trucks will be set up in the park. Additionally, the United Way will be set up with a beer tent as a fundraiser. To ensure a safe and fun time is had by all, fencing will be set up around the perimeter of the concert area with three entrance points. All coolers will be checked upon entrance. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted, but no outside alcoholic drinks will be allowed into the concert.

Join us every Saturday from 7:00AM-11:00AM June through October for the Pontiac Farmers' Market. The market is held on the historic courthouse lawn. The Pontiac Farmers' Market is an "eat local, eat fresh" market featuring items grown, produced, or created in the Livingston county area and sold by it's grower/maker. Items sold include fresh vegetables and fruits, flowers, herbs, and hand created items.
All current IDPH covid guidelines will be followed to ensure the health and safety of our customers and vendors.

The 3rd Saturday Howard Street Flea Market is an outdoor flea market located at Pop’s Pop Up (517 W. Howard St.) and the surrounding businesses. The market features a variety of unique and one-of-a-kind items as well as food vendors and activities.

Pontiac’s three historic homes, the Catherine V Yost Museum, the Jones House, and the Strevell House, will all be open to the public the third Saturday of each month May through October thanks to the Livingston County Historical Society. Each house will be open from 1:00-3:00PM on May 1, May 15, June 19, July 17, August 21, September 18, and October 16. The museums are all free to enter and no appointments are required on these times and dates.
