[ARCHIVED] Pontiac Community Art Center announces the May Gallery Show ‘Ode to ILL...’

The May 2018 Gallery Show at the Pontiac Community Art Center opens on Saturday, May 5 in the Joe Bailey Gallery and will run through the month of May. ‘Ode to III...’ will be the third Art and Poetry Collaboration between the Pontiac branch of the Illinois State Poetry Society and the Pontiac Community Art Center . Poets wrote poems to inspire artists, and artists designed art to inspire the poets.  The show opening reception will be Saturday, May 5 from 5pm to 7pm. Poetry readings will be at 5:30pm and 6:30pm.


The Pontiac Community Art Center and Gallery is now located at 209 West Madison St., Pontiac. (about one block West of our old location) Hours for the Art Center are Monday through Thursday, 10 am to 5 pm, Friday 10am to 8pm, Saturday 10 am to 4 pm, and Sunday 12pm to 4pm. There is no admission fee and the public is welcome.
