[ARCHIVED] Dinner Theater Tickets Now on Sale!

Vermillion Players next dinner theater production at The Eagle Performing Arts and Conference Center will be Things My Mother Taught Me, a light-hearted romantic comedy. Dinner theater reservations for Things My Mother Taught Me will open to the General Public on Tuesday, January 3 and can be made by calling the Eagle Box Office at 815-844-1187 (10:00 AM-4:00 PM Monday through Friday) or by stopping at the Pontiac City Hall. The show will run for two weekends: February 3-5 and 10-12 with Friday and Saturday evening performances and Sunday matinees.

Things My Mother Taught Me is written by Katherine DiSavino and directed by Bob McKenzie. The play tells the story of a young couple moving across the country together and the hijinks that ensue when their furniture doesn't fit through the door, the moving van gets stolen, and both sets of parents show up to 'help'. Funny and touching, this one will make you laugh out loud and fall in love all over again.

Doors open at 6:00 for Friday and Saturday evening shows. Dinner service is from 6:15-7:00 and the show begins at 7:30. Doors will open at 12:30 for Sunday matinee shows with dinner service running from 12:45-1:30 and the show beginning at 2:00. The cost is $35 for adults and $25 for children 12 and under. Discounted pricing is available for groups of 20 or more by calling Pontiac Tourism at (815) 844-5847. The buffet dinner is catered by Bernardi’s II of Pontiac.
