[ARCHIVED] Pontiac Community Art Center announces The Joe Bailey Gallery Dedication and January Gallery Show

The Pontiac Community Art Center proudly announces the dedication of The Joe Bailey Gallery and ‘Joe Bailey Remembered’ show opening on Sunday, January 10, 2016.

Pontiac Community Art Center member Joe Bailey passed away last year, and the decision to the name the gallery in his honor, is a way of keeping Joe’s spirit and his dedication alive at the Art Center. It is a fitting tribute to Joe, a photographer and gallery committee member, who was always ready to help and volunteer when needed. The gallery show will feature some of his work and will run until Jan.28. A special thanks also goes to Diaz Sign Art for designing and contributing the gallery signage that will remain on display.

The Pontiac Community Art Center Gallery is located at 103 West Madison St., Pontiac. Regular hours for the Art Center are Monday through Friday, 10 am to 5 pm, Saturday 10 am to 4 pm, and Sunday 12 noon to 4pm. There is no admission fee and the public is welcome.
